Our kitchen philosophy:
Everyday we serve hand-made pasta and bread. We only use fresh herbs and cook with our favourite cold-pressed olive oils. Our vegetables and salads are locally cultivated to assure a deliciously crisp and juicy taste, though we cannot replace the flavour of ltaly's sun-blessed tomatoes and thus they are imported. We serve daily fresh fish and our meat is of hand picked quality and always sourced from approved suppliers. We also take pride in our exquisite selection of Italy's finest wines, chosen to perfectly compliment your meals.
